In the Engineering department, <strong>every project is a new challenge<\/strong>: we work on complex projects that make us grow professionally every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for an experienced professional who wants to join a young, dynamic, and committed team, where a great working atmosphere and collaboration are an essential part of how we do things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for a motivated <strong>Junior R&amp;D Project Engineer<\/strong> with a strong interest in the intersection of energy and digital technologies; particularly artificial intelligence and advanced analytics applied to energy systems and buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KEY RESPONSABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Project Execution<strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participate in the technical implementation of European, national, and private R&amp;D projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the development and validation of innovative solutions in energy systems, buildings, and industrial applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to project deliverables, technical reports, and scientific documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in literature reviews, state-of-the-art analyses, and technology assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in technical meetings with project partners and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Digitalization and AI activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop data analysis workflows and digital tools for energy applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the development of optimization algorithms and AI-based solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the implementation of predictive models, machine learning applications, and intelligent control strategies.<br>Collaborate in the development of digital twins and data-driven methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the integration and testing of AI tools and frontier AI technologies within innovation projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Proposal support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contribute to the preparation of new project proposals and funding applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in technical writing, background research, and preparation of technical annexes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>SOFT<\/strong> <strong>SKILLS<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for the intersection of energy and digitalization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical and problem-solving mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive attitude and interest in innovation and emerging technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Education:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or basic sciences such as Mathematics or Physics, or in another closely related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0-2 years of professional experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous participation in research projects, internships, master&#8217;s thesis, or personal projects related to energy and digitalization will be highly valued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Languages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;
