Project Engineering
Rehabilitation of the installations in the basement of the Central Pavilion (where operations are performed) and the Puríssima Pavilion of the historic site.
Provision for the upper floors and the network of galleries connecting the various hospital pavilions, with the aim of opening them to the public to showcase the site’s history.
Restoration of the Sant Leopold Pavilion, located within the historic grounds of the former hospital complex. The building is equipped with a geothermal installation.
Technical Consulting
Assessment of technical bids and preparation of technical evaluation reports for various tenders related to the outsourcing of services necessary for the operation of the Modernist Site of Santa Creu i Sant Pau. Among others: cleaning and internal waste collection services, preventive and corrective maintenance of audiovisual equipment, facility maintenance, event operations, energy management and enhanced maintenance of installations.
Legal Engineering
Legal and operational documentation consulting for the works on the Modernist Site.
Support service for document reception (legal, operational, technical, and graphic) for all installations carried out (review, classification, organisation, checklist and monitoring) on site.
Activity licences for the Sant Leopold Pavilion and the Operations Pavilion.
CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Access Control, Intercom and Integration into the Security Control Centre installations. This includes the entire Modernist Site and the infrastructure for all security and telecommunications systems across the pavilions, including the fibre optic network, telecommunications infrastructure, data centres (CPDs) and Wifi network.
Sustainable Architecture
LEED GOLD certification for New Construction & Major Renovation of the restoration of the Central Pavilion, and LEED SILVER certification for the restoration of the Sant Leopold Pavilion.
Commissioning Authority for the LEED certification of the Operations Pavilion and the Sant Leopold Pavilion.
Site supervision and reception of installations are carried out to ensure compliance with the requirements and objectives set in the LEED certification strategy.
