We are currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the day-to-day delivery of our innovation projects and contribute to identifying and developing new funding opportunities.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Support the daily management and execution of European, national, public, and private R&D projects.
- Monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Coordinate technical inputs from internal teams and project partners.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Support the organisation of consortium meetings, workshops, and project events.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues to senior project managers when required.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Proposal Development Support:
- Support the preparation and drafting of grant proposals and innovation projects.
- Contribute to partner mapping, technical writing, and proposal preparation activities.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, work plans, and project documentation.
Internal support:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, business development, and innovation activities.
SOFT SKILLS:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Sustainability, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in research, innovation, or project management activities.
- Previous participation in Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, or national R&D projects is highly valued.
- Experience in proposal writing and project reporting is considered an advantage.
Languages:
- Spanish: Native or fluent.
- English: Professional proficiency (spoken and written).
- Catalan: Valued.
Technical Skills:
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written communication and technical drafting abilities.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of energy systems, sustainability, digitalisation, or industrial innovation is an advantage.
- Programming skills (Python) and data analysis capabilities are valued but not mandatory.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in market analysis, technology assessment, business model development, or techno-economic studies.
- Familiarity with market intelligence methodologies, exploitation planning, and innovation commercialisation strategies.
- Experience contributing to business plans, go-to-market strategies, or impact assessment activities within R&D and innovation projects.
