Project engineering

Renovation of the installations of various CaixaForum centres (Palma de Mallorca, Lleida, Barcelona, Madrid, Girona and Tarragona) and Cultural Centres (Vic and Granollers). Notable interventions include the HVAC systems in Lleida and Palma de Mallorca and the comprehensive refurbishment in Girona.

Technical consulting

Refurbishment, comprehensive rehabilitation and site supervision of the security installation (CCTV, intrusion detection, public address system and integration) of the Gran Hotel CaixaFòrum building in Palma de Mallorca.

Energetic consulting

Feasibility study for outsourcing, through an Energy Service Company (ESE) contract, the construction, maintenance and energy management with guaranteed results of the new heating and cooling production plant at CaixaForum Barcelona.
