Conversion of the former BRAUN factory

Conversion of the former BRAUN factory, in Esplugues del Llobregat, into an office complex. A large part of the industrial site is demolished, retaining the main building with its basements and part of the industrial roofs.

The complex will consist of a warehouse under the former roofs, fitted out for the rental of office spaces. The main building is fitted out to house office floors and an underground car park that will be extended with a new basement.
