Executive project for a newly built elderly care residence located in Alella, with capacity for 47 residents, 9 single rooms and 19 double rooms.

The installations for cold and hot water, aerothermal systems, HVAC and heating, ventilation, fire protection, drainage, electricity, lighting, security, and low-voltage systems are described and justified.
