The multi-purpose hospital building located in the PSPV is a healthcare facility that has been designed and constructed in a modular fashion, in order to come into operation quickly and deal with the pandemic caused by COVID-19. The building is designed to be multipurpose so that it can later be integrated into the normal operation of the Health Park with other health uses. The building has 4 floors and capacity for 100 beds, 25% of which are ICU. It was built and designed in 20 weeks, with pre-industrialized construction technology, all in BIM and LEAN methodology.

Project engineering

The design and construction management of all the facilities was carried out, as well as the obtaining of the activity license, taking into account all the quality, cost and time requirements that have made it possible for this project to become a reality in only 20 weeks.

Legal engineering

The Fire Protection, the legal Construction Management, the Project and the Final Certificate of Activities have been carried out.
