We carried out the project design and site supervision of the installations for the interior refurbishment and extension of several buildings at Parc Sanitari Pere Virgili:
- Montseny Building
- Pedraforca Building
- Xaloc-Llevant Building
- Gregal Building (with BIM modelling)
We also developed improvement and optimization projects for the existing thermal production systems in the Tramuntana, Llevant and Xaloc buildings, as well as for the HVAC and electrical installations of the Park’s Data Processing Centre (CPD), considering all supply security criteria and redundancy of thermal and electrical equipment. In the Tramuntana building, we also replaced the chiller with a higher-performance and more efficient unit.
Extended basic project for the incorporation of photovoltaic solar energy on various building roofs and pergolas, with a total of 450 kWp dedicated to self-consumption of the facility.
Surgical Area
Refurbishment and upgrading of the operating theatres of the ophthalmology unit located in the Gregal/Tramuntana building of the healthcare park. The refurbishment includes the installation of HVAC treatment and distribution systems for the operating theatres, as well as the interior adaptation of the theatres and the clean zone spaces.
