Detailed design of the comprehensive building services installations for the construction of a new microbiology laboratory at Bellvitge Hospital. The project includes HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, electrical systems, low‑current systems, fire protection, purified water, technical gases, etc.

Detailed design and site supervision for the refurbishment and extension of the hospital’s new Pathology Laboratory. The refurbishment works include a surgical block, cytology and autopsy areas, common areas, offices and administrative spaces, totalling 1,800 m² of floor area.

Assessment of the technical bids submitted in the open public tender for the refurbishment and extension works of the Radiopharmacy area and adjacent rooms at Bellvitge University Hospital, divided into two lots: one corresponding to civil works and a second lot corresponding to building services, carried out in two execution phases.

Advisory services and/or drafting of technical specifications, administrative clauses, evaluation criteria and penalties in the event of service non‑compliance, for the tendering of various works and/or service contracts for the following units: Maintenance, Security and Communications, Electromedicine, Hospitality, Infrastructure and General Services.
