Comprehensive refurbishment of the HVAC system in the Biobank area, connected to the centralised installation with independent chilled water production.

Comprehensive refurbishment of the ground floor seminar rooms of the building and the public square.

Conversion of offices and meeting rooms on the second floor into general-use laboratories for the Hospital del Mar Medical Research Institute.

Refurbishment of the installations of the Zebrafish and Xenopus experimental laboratories, located on the semi-basement floor of the PRBB.

Building Services Master Plan for the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB), analysing the existing HVAC, electrical and cold storage installations in order to propose improvement and upgrade actions.

Drafting of technical specifications, support in the preparation of administrative clauses, as well as assistance in defining evaluation criteria and penalties in the event of service non-compliance, for the tendering of works and/or services contracts: execution of works in laboratories and boiler room, procurement of furniture, maintenance of lifting equipment, water purification systems, waste collection and comprehensive building maintenance.
