Project Overview
Since 2022, ERF-WATTEGA has developed and executed an ambitious digitalisation and energy monitoring project that brings together the main sources of consumption and energy production across Mercabarna and the Flower Market (Mercat de la Flor) into a unified platform. This initiative marks a significant step towards digital transformation and intelligent energy management for a complex, multi-facility environment.
Objectives
The project’s core aim was to establish a comprehensive digital energy ecosystem that enables real-time visibility, informed decision-making, and strategic optimisation across all major consumption and production vectors within the facilities.
