Project engineering
Renovation of the pediatric hospitalization unit on the second floor of the Vall d’ Hebron Maternal-Infant Hospital . The renovation involves a total of 936m² intended for hospitalization where the executive project, the quality control plan, the waste management plan, the drafting of the activity project and the energy certification are being carried out.
The executive project of the facilities of the new pediatric hospitalization floor located on the fifth floor is also being carried out. This floor is composed of 7 double rooms and 3 single rooms, in addition to common spaces and spaces for hospital technicians such as dirty rooms, offices, work rooms and storage.
In the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Unit , with a total area of 400m², the executive project, quality control plan, waste management plan, activity project writing, energy certification and construction management are carried out.
Renovation of the Cardiology Unit on the ninth floor of the General Hospital Annex . It involves a total of 1,362m², of which 50% are intended for the critical area, 25% for the diagnosis area and the remaining 25% for consultations. The executive project, the quality control plan, the waste management plan, the PCI compliance justification, the activity project and the energy certification are being carried out.
Technical engineering
Preliminary project to update 37 existing air conditioners in the Traumatology, General and Maternal and Child Health buildings of the Vall d’Hebron University Hospital. The study analyzed the existing air conditioners and the current needs of the areas served. A diagnosis was made on their suitability, and the necessary changes were proposed so that the final installations provide the required air quality with a reduced operation and maintenance cost. The proposal assessed the difficulty and conditions for carrying out the change and provided an execution cost with different suppliers.
