Project Engineering
Executive project for the renovation of buildings 41, 42, 51 and 52 of the ZAL.
Executive project of the facilities for the construction of a new industrial building 34.1 intended for logistics use with two floors of offices and a total area of 7,350 m2. This work has been developed in a joint venture with Colomer-Rifà and Projects & Facilities and management.
Technical Consulting
Consulting work for the implementation of the BIM methodology in the ZAL. The work includes the survey with different software (Revit and Allplan), the analysis of WEB platforms, the study of the integration with different FM software (Archibus or Allfa) and the preparation of a strategic plan for the management of the information of 233,000 m 2 urbanized and about 354,000 m 2 of industrial buildings built.
Evaluation of the technical offers presented and writing of the technical report of several competitions organized by CILSA during 2017. Evaluation of the offers associated with the competitions for resurfacing, painting, works, roofs and facades, signage, gardening and cleaning of the technical rooms of the ZAL.
Evaluation of the technical offers presented and drafting of the technical report of several competitions organized by CILSA during 2019: adaptation of the facilities to the different warehouse modules, outsourcing service of maintenance and management system, adaptation of channels and sectorization of roofs of various warehouses, improvements to the concrete floor joints of the warehouses, supply and installation of skylights in different warehouses and coordination service in matters of health and safety of the works on plot 23.2.
Monitoring, technical advice and drafting of the technical specifications and their annexes for the tender for a comprehensive maintenance service, cleaning service and energy management of the Service Center building. Support for monitoring the awarded company in the execution of the services and the validation of the building’s comfort commitments and the verification of the energy consumption commitment following the EVO IPMVP protocol.
Legal Engineering
Legal consultancy for different Logistics Warehouses located in the ZAL Port of Barcelona intermodal logistics complex.
Energy Efficiency
Monitoring and advice on the contract of an Energy Services Company (ESE) for the comprehensive maintenance, cleaning service and management of the parking lot of the ZAL Service Center building, as well as the verification of energy savings following the EVO IPMVP protocol.
Installation engineering, energy simulation and environmental licensing of a CILSA logistics warehouse in the ZAL industrial estate. This work has been developed in a joint venture with Colomer-Rifà and Projects & Facilities and management .
Sustainable Architecture
Preliminary assessment of the LEED New Construction v4 certification of the logistics building 34.1. The project includes the construction of a logistics building with an office area.
