The work includes the survey with different software (Revit and Allplan), the analysis of WEB platforms, the study of the integration with different FM software (Archibus or Allfa) and the preparation of a strategic plan for the management of the information of 233,000 m 2 urbanized and about 354,000 m 2 of industrial buildings built.

Monitoring, technical advice and drafting of the technical specifications and their annexes for the tender for a comprehensive maintenance service, cleaning service and energy management of the Service Center building. Support for monitoring the awarded company in the execution of the services and the validation of the building’s comfort commitments and the verification of the energy consumption commitment following the EVO IPMVP protocol.
